Jaspicon helps businesses assess opportunities for AI and prepare a workforce proposal. This notice explains how information is handled when you use the assessment and sign-in features.

Information used

You can begin without providing your name or email. We store the company details, discovery answers, chat messages and assessment documents you provide or generate. A browser session cookie connects you to this guest assessment.

If you save the assessment or sign in, we use your name and email address to connect it to your account. When you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic identity information from Google, including your name, email, verification status and a stable Google account identifier. Google sign-in does not give Jaspicon access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or calendar, and Jaspicon does not receive your Google password.

We also process technical information for security and operation. Request information is used to enforce abuse limits, and account and assessment actions are recorded in audit events. If you accept a proposal, we record the acceptance details, including the signer information, time, IP address and browser information.

How information is used and shared

We use your information to provide the assessment, maintain progress, authenticate you, generate documents, prevent abuse, and administer an engagement you choose to accept.

The service uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Google for optional Google sign-in, and SendGrid for transactional email. Stan runs on an Orgo-hosted service and uses an AI provider to process relevant assessment content. The currently configured model provider is xAI; optional narrative generation can use Anthropic when enabled. Assessment content needed to answer your request may be sent to these AI services. Avoid entering passwords, secret keys, or unnecessary personal or sensitive information in an assessment.

After proposal acceptance, assessment and handoff information is made available to Jaspicon's delivery team and its automated planning workflow. If you request a phone discovery call, AgentPhone processes your phone number and the conversation. Jaspicon disables audio recording for these outbound calls; a text transcript is retained with your assessment for review and answer saving. Phone-call records follow the same access and deletion request process as assessments. Stripe handles invoice and payment processing. Card details entered on Stripe's hosted payment page are submitted to Stripe.

Cookies and account access

Jaspicon uses cookies for account or guest sessions and sign-in security. A guest session lasts up to 30 days. Clearing cookies or allowing the guest session to expire can prevent you from returning to an unsaved assessment. Session expiration does not itself delete the stored assessment. Email sign-in links expire after 20 minutes and can be used once. Google sign-in challenges expire after 10 minutes.

Questions, access and deletion requests

Contact bryan.jones@efficiencystrengthtraining.com with questions or a request to access, correct or delete your account or assessment information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Stored assessments do not currently have an automatic deletion period. Contact us to request deletion. We review requests after verifying identity and may retain records needed for accounting, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Copies may remain in database backups after removal from the active service; backups are restricted to recovery use.
